Shipping and payment

This English version is provided for information only. The legally binding version is the Czech one.

Shipping

We only deliver to the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

  • PPL – home delivery – Free. Shipping is free on every order. We deliver to the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We pack the painting carefully and send it via PPL; you will receive the tracking number by e-mail.
  • Personal pickup in Prague – Free. We will agree on the place and time of handover individually after confirming the order.

Deposit

After sending the order you pay a deposit of 1 000 Kč per painting (2 paintings = 2 000 Kč), also for personal pickup. The deposit counts towards the total price. If you like, you can pay the full amount right after ordering – you'll see a QR code for both options after sending the order.

Balance

  • by transfer or QR payment before the painting is shipped (we'll let you know when it's ready),
  • cash on delivery with PPL – in cash or by card to the courier,
  • at personal pickup.

Payment methods

By bank transfer or QR payment. Right after sending the order you'll see the payment details and a QR code that you simply scan in your banking app. You'll also receive the same details by e-mail.
